What is the Open Bill Program?
The Open Bill Program lets customers pay for their Energy Efficient PROGRAMS through their monthly Enbridge Gas bill. Since this program is ending, everyone using it must switch to the Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) plan right away. This change applies to ALL CUSTOMERS currently using the Enbridge Open Bill Program. Why is this happening?
